Harrison Hale

Harrison is a McMinnville native. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Business and settled down in the Manchester area. Harrison, along with his wife and daughter, enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new places. With a lifetime of real estate involvement and over 5 years of experience in new home construction, Harrison is dedicated to constructing your forever home.

Aaron Whitaker

Aaron is a Middle Tennessee native. He graduated from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville) with a degree in Business and met his beautiful wife. They have two children and spend their free time traveling and enjoying Tims Ford Lake. Aaron brings over 15 years of business experience in the home industry to Heron Homes. He is dedicated to delivering a great customer experience.

Thiago Nigri

Thiago was raised in Brazil and has lived in Argentina, Utah, Indiana and now Manchester, Tennessee. As a REALTOR and with four college degrees, three mastered languages including Spanish, two wonderful children, and one beautiful spouse, he is well equipped to help every Heron Homes homeowner prosper throughout the building, purchasing, and warranty process. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and making authentic South American BBQ. 

 Stoney Ratliff

Stoney brings over 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience to the Heron Homes team. A recent transplant from Arizona, he and his wife chose Tennessee for the next phase of life. When not on a Heron Homes jobsite, you’re likely to find Stoney at home working on his personal renovation projects.
